Steve B. Stroud and his father Steve L. Stroud purchased the Seeley Insurance Agency of Ruidoso and Stearns Insurance Agency of Carrizozo, NM in 2002 and using the purchased agencies as a base, started the Stroud Insurance Agency in 2002.
